Here is what we need, to help get to the bottom of the problem you are experiencing:
* SongID for song that is causing the error. It is important to know whether it is occurring for one or two songs, or for all songs.
* Operating System (e.g., Windows 98, Windows XP SP2, Mac OS X)
* Internet Browser (e.g. Internet Explorer, Firefox, Netscape, Safari, Opera)
* Connection (e.g., cable, DSL, dial-up)
* Is this message occurring all the time with all songs? Have you been able to print any songs in the SongSelect?
* Are you on a network?
* Do you have an active firewall? (e.g., through your router, network or pc?)
* Are you running any special Anti-virus / Anti-spyware programs? (e.g., Microsoft One-Care / Norton / Pc-Cillin)
* What URL is in the address bar (e.g., https://www.ccli.com/CCLI_Services/SongSelect/index.cfm)
