You do not need to call CCLI unless you absolutely cannot find the information on a song, or if you have a question about a Catalogue that is not on the Authorised Catalogue List. You may obtain information on a song by looking on a song sheet (generally listed at the bottom), or CD insert or J-Card (tape insert). These materials will usually give you the name of the author, catalogue or administrator. You can then refer to either the Administrator List or the Catalogue List to see if that catalogue or administrator is covered by CCLI. If you can't find the information you need, please feel free to contact us.
